THE STARTING POINT

Good introductions
start with a clear brief.

01 What needs doing?
02 Where and when?
03 Who fits the work?
Scope first. Permission before sharing.

A FOCUSED START

Three ways to
move things forward.

For owners, landlords and property professionals.
A request starts a conversation, not a booking.

01 / CLEANUP
↟

Clear the way.

Yard cleanup, unwanted items and property turnover. Clarify access, debris and hauling needs before looking for a provider.

Discuss a cleanup
02 / SMALL REPAIRS
⌑

Finish the details.

Drywall, trim and smaller property repairs. Describe the full job so the right skills and minimum job size can be checked.

Discuss a repair
03 / STONE RESTORATION
◒

Look beneath the surface.

Marble and other natural-stone concerns. An appropriate specialist identifies the material and assesses treatment options.

Discuss a stone project
A HUMAN POINT OF CONTACT

Less guesswork.
A considered introduction.

ALE Leads is Alex’s independent referral service. We don’t perform the work or dispatch our own crews. Contractors provide their own estimates and contract directly with you.

We’re developing local coverage. A provider match, response time or appointment is never guaranteed.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need.

Share the town, scope, timing and any budget guidance. Start without your exact address.

  2. 02

    Check the fit.

Alex explores relevant services, area and availability. Specific credentials and insurance need checking for the work.

  3. 03

    Approve the introduction.

You approve the named contractor before private contact or property details are shared. You decide whether to get a quote or hire.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Clear from the start.

Are you the contractor?

No. Alex coordinates potential introductions. Each independent contractor quotes, contracts and performs its own work.

Will you share my information?

Your inquiry is reviewed by Alex. Before your private details go to a contractor, you’ll be asked to approve an introduction to that named provider.

How are fees handled?

Submitting a request creates no payment obligation. Any referral arrangement with a provider must be agreed separately. A contractor explains its own assessment and project charges before you accept them.

Is there guaranteed local coverage?

No. Fit depends on the exact work, location, credentials and current capacity. Tell Alex the town and scope first.
